" SOMETHING WICKED,THIS WAY COMES."
|
|
This is our smallest masque within this court. It will fit a child of
seven or older. Our Goblyn is a cave dweller, therefore the colours are those of a murky cavern. This being has an earring in one of its large ears. Strange as it may seem, this creation can look very exotic on women or men. It is an unlined piece.
Cost: $ 50.00
|
|
This is the embodiment of the element FIRE. An assemetrical
masque, this unlined piece looks well on men and women. It
comes in fire colours of course! This would go well with a
similar piece of EARTH, WATER, or AIR. This would make a complete set of the four elements.
A set of all four elements: $ 225.00
Cost: $65.00

A denizen of the Far East, this small demon would look great
with any Asian Decor. Heavy tooling gives an overall pattern to the face. This unlined piece sports hanging tassels and a bit of beadwork.
Colour options: Black with Red trim as shown, or Red with
Black trim. Both have antique gold highlights.
Cost: $70.00

|
Here we have a darkly elegant piece as our Warrior stands
ready to defend the Dark Court. This is a double layered masque, with heavy tooling to resemble dragon scales, beadwork, and a crown of dragon wings. The colour is Black with slight iridescence, and a metallic edging. A very sexy piece for men and women. This piece is lined in suede for wonderful comfort, highly important for those night watches!
Cost: $125.00
|
|
A strange subject, but one of our most popular designs! This
is an elegant, asymmetrical piece with a lot of artistry. A very
three dimensional look, with the mushrooms stained and
moulded, sweeping over the face. Lots of hand staining for detail. Although usually unlined, this is a very comfortable piece. Can you see it with a dark, hooded cloak?
Colour options: Warm Tans as shown, or dark mottled
Moss and Brown.
Cost: $ 150.00
|
|
The 'Femme Fatale" of the Unseelie Court! Here we have a
beautiful and exotic piece in deep Black with hints of Midnight and Dark Orchid. This is a very three dimensional piece with orchid blossom and beadwork. Can't you just see this with a long, slinky black gown? This masque has some lining in suede, very wearable. Wear it and create a mystery!
Cost; $150.00

Bats on a Dusky Evening.. is there anything better?
This piece looks like a watercolour painting. On one side,
we see the whisper of a landscape, tree branches against the moon and sky. On the other, a circle of bats in the distance, culminating in a large, three dimensional bat which reaches toward the top of the head. This masque is lined in suede, and has a tiny bit of beadwork on the bat. See the hairpieces on the feathered beings page for a better look at the bat. Colours as shown, with an irridescence on the face. A lovely piece.
Cost: $ 175.00

WASHER at the FORD
|
|
In Celtic Lands, the Washer at the Ford could be seen on
the Eve of Battle, washing the grave clothes of those about to die. A silent spirit, but greatly feared, she hung about streams and water crossings.
Our version is a sculptured black veil draped across the
face. A lot of detail in Celtic design on the border of the veil, including beadwork. A very haunting piece, worn, or on the wall. Some lining.
Colour options: Border colour of Copper, as shown, or
Silver.
Cost: $200.00

This masque won the costume contest at the
Renaissance Faire! This old woman of the forrest is a very detailed piece. She has oak leaves for a crown, a leather mandrake root, and bits of real bone with inscribed runes, and real amber tied into her hair. The hair is very long, though the picture does not show the full length. Real horsehair is used when available.
This piece is lined, signed and dated. Three of
these would be perfect for a production of
'The Scottish Play."
When ordered as a set, each one will be
different. How about a dried salamander, or a mouse in the hair. Different leaves could be used, like thistles. Just the thing to wear if you've hours over a cauldron, or on stage.
Set of Three: $1,000.00
Single Cost:$ 450.00

And now, for the undisputed Queen of the Unseelie
Court. This is by far, the most detailed and complicated piece Georgia has made to date. The style is Art Deco, with heavy geometric tooling and detail staining. Seven three dimensional serpents rear their heads and wave their forked tongues. The colours are irridescent and metallic. Crystal beadwork and bits of antique jewelry set off the rich appearance. This piece is lined in suede, signed and dated. Each one will be different, based on the jewelry available. This is a stunning work of wearable art. It is not an easy or quick piece to make,( there's lots of hand detailing), but definitely worth the wait.
Shown in Greens, Gold, Bronze, and Purple, but we are
open to other options.
Cost: $800.00
