So you are now captivated, and want to become part of our family!

We, of course, would like nothing better!

As we get started, there are a few things to let you know up front.

First, we do not accept on line transactions. The reason for this is simple.

All our masques are made by one woman. We want to insure that the mask you order,

will get to you in the same century! By personal ordering, we can accept only those orders

for which we have the time. Also, we want you to be happy. By having to take the time to contact us,

you are less likely to buy on impulse. We want to know that you really want one of our pieces of art.

Therefore, you will need to print out the order form, and send it in with your check or money order, in US dollars.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PRINT CLEARLY.

You may think that anyone in their right mind could read your writing, but we assure you

that isn't always the case. We can't start your masque if we don't know what you want, or who you are.
Therefore, PRINT or TYPE!

Second, there are a lot of choices. After you've spent the time to decide, we need to know exactly what you
want. Note the places on the forms where choices like colour, or style are offered. PLEASE make sure we have
your E-MAIL and a phone number where you can be reached in case we have questions, or if there is to be a
delay in your order. When we receive your order, we will contact you by e-mail or phone to let you know we
received it, and to let you know about how long it will take.

Third, these masques are one of a kind. Although we use the same patterns, no two ever come out exactly the
same. Also, we don't keep a big stock. We will make your mask when you order it. It will take anywhere from 3
to 6 weeks, depending on how busy we are. If you need something for a specific date, be sure to let us know.

Feel free to fill a CUSTOM page with details. If you want a colour to match a particular costume, send us a
swatch of fabric you want matched. Just cut a small piece and mail it with your order form.

We will also work with drawn details you send, though we will not accept X-rated orders.

Fourth,we will be happy to work with the Esoteric Community. If you want a masque for Ritual Work, whether it
be Wiccan, Celtic, Egyptian, or Native American, let us know in enough time to make the masque under the
appropriate moon/sun sign, festival day or anything else that is important to you. These masques are made very
consciously, and with a meditative focus. If you want to incorporate a special stone that has meaning for you,
send it with your order form, and tell us how you want it done.

Fifth, for orders of $250.00 or more, we will start the masque for half down. When the masque is finished, we
will call you to let you know. When we receive the rest of the payment, the masque will be shipped.

Sixth, talk to us. We want you to be thrilled with what you get. The more specific you are, the better able we are
to serve your needs. Or, seeing what we have to offer on these pages, you can leave it up to us. It is always your
choice. These masques are leather, therefore they are very light on the face. However, after being worn for a
while, it is inevitable that there will be some perspiration on the inside. This will not harm your masque, but it is for
this reason that we do not accept returns, once they are worn. Be assured, we can tell.

If, when you receive your masque, it is not to your liking ( though we can't imagine it) , you must return it
promptly, and before it is worn. That way we can sell it to someone else. You will receive a full refund when we
receive the returned masque.
