variety of styles is offered. If your Deity

of choice has not yet favored us with an
appearance, let us know. With proper

sacrifice we may be able to coax a manifestation.

Enjoy your Pilgrimage

Persephone was the daughter of Ceres, the Earth Mother. She was

kidnapped by Hades, and made Queen of his dark realm. Ceres laid the

crops of the Earth to waste, mourning her child. The Gods therefore,

were going to return her to Ceres, but she had eaten six seeds of the

pomegranate, and was thereby bound to the underworld.

It was decided that she would rule in Hades for six months of the year.

She would then be free in the spring, to dance upon the hills. Her freedom

from Hades each year, heralds the arrival of spring.

Our masque is decked in soft pinks, greens and greys, with crystal beads

and shimmery ribbons. She wears a crown of leaves and pomegranates.

This double layered masque is suede lined, signed, and dated.

Something Mayan, something Egyptian, something Greek. All these

styles go into making our Queen of Atlantis. This is a heavily tooled

masque, double layered, and suede lined. A superb wall hanging,

this masque is decorated with real shells, and chains of shell beads.

Wear this with a flowing toga to make a grand entrance.

Of all the Gods of Greece, only Dionysus always appeared in

human form. Whenever a civilization got too inbred or crystallized,

He would appear, and lead the women of the community into the

hills to mate with shepherds, thus infusing the bloodline with new

evolutionary impulse. He is not to be confused with Bacchus, a

party god if ever there was one. Dionysus was, in many ways, the

forerunner of Apollo, associated with agriculture and the arts.

Our masque is an elaborate, double layered piece, suede lined,

signed and dated. Details include trailing vines, grape leaves, and

beadwork for the grapes. This masque would look stunning over a

wine cabinet.

How about a set? One of each, with the white grape made as a

smaller, more feminine masque. Cost of set: $550.00

Black Virgins harken back to pagan times. They are found

enthroned in the crypts of Gothic Cathedrals all across Europe.

Usually they are positioned over earth or water currents,

or ley-lines. These subtle forces are a part of the acupuncture

system of the Earth, thus Black Virgins are often associated

with healings. Supposedly they represent the Virgin Mary,

but recent findings may indicate that she really represents

Mary Magdalene, and an Esoteric line of Christianity which

includes alchemy, or perhaps something far older.

This masque makes a wonderful wall piece. It is lined,

signed and dated.
